Since 2022, nonprofit leaders from Richmond, Virginia and the mid-Atlantic region have come together to learn from one another. To challenge or validate thinking. To create solutions and inspire new ideas. And we're doing it again in 2026!! Join us for this intentionally diverse group of leaders coming together to create nonprofit magic.

*Alchemy is defined as the seemingly magical transformation of something of little perceived value into something of great value.

Are you low on time, but high on learning? Do you want to challenge your thinking? Do you seek the company of people who "just get it?" Are you: A seasoned OR new nonprofit professional? If you answered YES, then YES! The Alchemy Series is right for you!!

WHEN

Alchemy leaders meet on the THIRD Thursday of every month on Zoom with multiple special events and in person gatherings sprinkled throughout the year. All meetings will begin at Noon.

In 2026, three of the meetings will be in person (with lunch provided) and the rest are on Zoom. The location of the in-person meetings will be emailed to the cohort prior to each meeting.
